Capital Contribution Request definition

Capital Contribution Request is defined in Section 3.3(b).
Capital Contribution Request means a written Capital Contribution Request in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, which shall be used to request Capital Contributions other than an increase in the Limited Partner’s Capital Contribution Obligation arising under the circumstances set forth in Section 3.05.

This Section 10.06 shall not be deemed to affect any right of subrogation, indemnity, reimbursement or contribution that any Guarantor may have under Law against the Borrower in respect of any payment of Obligations.
