Capital Changes definition

Capital Changes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Capital Changes include any recapitalization, reclassification, split-up or consolidation of Parent Shares or stock dividend, merger or consolidation of Clearwire Parent or sale by Clearwire Parent of all or a portion of its assets, coupled with a distribution to shareholders.

Related to Capital Changes

  • Capital Call means a call upon all or any of the Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Unfunded Commitments.
