Capital Adequacy Guidelines definition

Capital Adequacy Guidelines means the ‘‘Capital Adequacy Guidelines for State Member Banks: Risk-Based Measure’’ (12 CFR part 208, app. A) or the ‘‘Capital Adequacy Guidelines for Bank Holding Companies: Risk-Based Measure’’ (12 CFR part 225, app. A).
Capital Adequacy Guidelines means the capital adequacy guidelines from time to time specified by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and published by it as guidelines for banks in Canada.
Capital Adequacy Guidelines means the capital adequacy requirements from time to time specified by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and published by it as one or more guidelines for banks.
