Capacity Transfer definition

Capacity Transfer means a System Capacity Transfer or a Storage Capacity Transfer;
Capacity Transfer means a transfer of Capacity Rights in accordance with § 15 of the main body of these GT&C.
Capacity Transfer has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 3.3 of the IUK Access Code; “Capacity Transferee” has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 7.1 of the IUK Access Code; “Capacity Transferor” has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 7.1 of the IUK Access Code;

Examples of Capacity Transfer in a sentence

  • To avoid doubt, the gas trading exchange agreement made in accordance with Part 22 may require a seller or buyer to specify the service points referred to in subrule (3)(a) at the time the transaction is entered into through the gas trading exchange for notification by AEMO under the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures.

  • An application for registration under this Part made by a transportation service provider in the capacity of responsible transportation service provider of a transportation service provider group must contain the information about the transportation service provider group specified in the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures.

More Definitions of Capacity Transfer

Capacity Transfer means the mechanism by which a Unit Holder passes over Units to another Participant in accordance with Rule D5, and “Transfer Capacity”, “Transferred”, “Transferee” shall have corresponding meanings;
Capacity Transfer means the mechanism by which an Open Season Unit Holder passesover Open Season Units to another Open Season User in accordance with Rule E4.4, and "Transfer Capacity", "Transferred", "Transferee" shall have corresponding meanings;
