Capacity Threshold definition

Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve a minimum percentage of Apple Health eligibles in a service area in each of the following two critical provider types: general Dentists, and pediatric Dentists.
Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve at least seventy (70) percent of Apple Health Xxxxxx Care eligibles in a service area in each of the following four critical provider types: hospital, mental health, primary care, and pediatric primary care.
Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve at least sixty (60) percent of Apple Health - Fully Integrated Managed Care eligibles in a service area in each of the following six (6) critical provider types: hospital, behavioral health, primary care, pharmacy, obstetrical, and pediatricians.

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time. Here, the CUF is expressed in AC terms.
