Capacity Test definition

Capacity Test has the meaning set forth in Appendix IV-3 attached hereto. [For Baseload Product only]
Capacity Test has the meaning set forth in Attachment T (Facility Tests) to this Agreement.
Capacity Test means an Initial Capacity Test, a Seasonal Capacity Test, a Seller’s Capacity Test or a Buyer’s Capacity Test.

More Definitions of Capacity Test

Capacity Test or “CT” means the Commercial Operation Storage Capacity Test, Storage Capacity Test, or any other test conducted pursuant to Exhibit O.
