Capacity Purchase Price definition

Capacity Purchase Price means for each agreement year, the amount expressed in Rs. Per kW per month and such amount in adjusted from time to time in accordance with schedule 6 of PPA under power policy of 1994 and in Schedule 1 of PPA under power policy of 2002;
Capacity Purchase Price. Means the $/ZRC-month as identified in Part I. “Contract Capacity” – Means the amount of MWAC identified in Part I. “Contract Capacity Target” – Means quantity of ZRCs identified in Part I. “CPNode” – Has the meaning ascribed to such terms in the MISO Rules.
Capacity Purchase Price. Means the price shown in $/ZRC-month, for the applicable Planning Year, on the Purchase Price Schedule set forth in Exhibit E.

More Definitions of Capacity Purchase Price

Capacity Purchase Price means the price per kilowatt per Day that Virginia Power shall pay Operator for Capacity, as set forth in Section 5.5.
