Capacity Contract definition

Capacity Contract means a contract entered into by DOE and an entity for the right to the use of the transmission capacity of an Eligible Project.

More Definitions of Capacity Contract

Capacity Contract means a contract describing the quantity of capacity, time period of use and other conditions of use of capacity allocated to a Shipper.
