Cap Table definition

Cap Table has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11.20 (Release of Obligations).
Cap Table shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.14.
Cap Table means the capitalization table for Company as of the Initial Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as applicable, a copy of which has been delivered to Cornell.

  • Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.

  • Table means the table at the end of this §4a.

  • Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates on the Mortgage Loans as of the second preceding Due Date (after giving effect to the payments due on the Mortgage Loans on that Due Date).
