Cap Strike Rate definition

Cap Strike Rate. For any Distribution Date, the amount set forth under the heading “Strike Rate” in Schedule 1 of the Prospectus.

Cap Strike Rate. With respect to the Class 2-A-1 Certificates, 5.40% per annum, with respect to the Class 2-A-4 Certificates, 5.40% per annum and with respect to the Class 4-A-3 Certificates, 4.90% per annum.

Cap Strike Rate means 3.25%, or such other applicable “cap strike rate” approved by Agent and specified as such in the applicable Hedging Agreement in effect at such time.

• Interest Rate Cap Interest rate agreement between the Borrower and aprovider for which the Borrower receives payments at the end of each period when the interest rate exceeds the Cap Strike Rate.

Cap Strike Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Yield Maintenance Agreement, the applicable percentage in the schedule set forth in Exhibit O for such Distribution Date.
