Cannabis Licence definition

Cannabis Licence means a licence under the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act that authorizes the purchase, sale, transport, possession, storage of cannabis.
Cannabis Licence means a licence agreed to be granted by the Council and issued by the Cannabis Board, according to the terms of this Law for a Cannabis Licence;
Cannabis Licence means the Health Canada Licence.

Cannabis and the term “marijuana” may be used interchangeably.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
