Candidate Target definition

Candidate Target means any Target (other than a Disclosed Target) for which (a) there is sufficient (as determined by the JSC) [ * ], and (b) Exelixis has conducted a [ * ] mammalian orthologues.
Candidate Target means any Molecular Target to which a Candidate Mab binds.
Candidate Target means [*], and any Other Target selected pursuant to Section 4.4(a), in each case unless and until any such Target is no longer considered a Candidate Target pursuant to Section 4.4(b) or 13.3(a).

More Definitions of Candidate Target

Candidate Target has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
