Candidate Compound definition

Candidate Compound means:
Candidate Compound means any Target Compound that is nominated as a Candidate Compound under Section 2.7.
Candidate Compound means a Lead Compound which the JRC has proposed to Abbott for clinical development in humans, or a salt, ester, amide, complex, chelate, hydrate, stereoisomer, crystalline or amorphous form, prodrug, metabolite, or metabolic precursor of such Lead Compound.

  • Milestone payments shall be made only once with respect to any given Candidate Compound, regardless of the number of indications sought (or approvals obtained) with respect to such Candidate Compound, whether alone or in combination with other compounds or products, and regardless of any new dosage strengths, preparations or forms of administration for such Candidate Compound.

  • BMS shall promptly notify Athersys of the first occurrence of any milestone with respect to each Candidate Compound.

More Definitions of Candidate Compound

Candidate Compound means a Compound selected by the Joint Steering Committee under this Agreement, for study in Screening Activities and, if applicable, in a Feasibility Study, directed toward development of a Product.
