Cancellation Shares definition

Cancellation Shares means the shares in Covidien that will be cancelled pursuant to the Scheme under sections 72 and 74 of the Act;

Cancellation Shares. . . means any INM Ordinary Shares in issue before the Cancellation Record Time but excluding the Excluded Shares;
