Cancellation of Warrants. In the event the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants, the same shall thereupon be cancelled and retired. The warrant agent (if so appointed) shall cancel any Warrant surrendered for exchange, substitution, transfer or exercise in whole or in part.
Cancellation of Warrants. The Warrant Agent shall cancel all Warrant Certificates surrendered for exchange, substitution or transfer in whole or in part. Such cancelled Warrant Certificates shall thereafter be disposed of by the Warrant Agent upon written instructions from the Company reasonably satisfactory to the Warrant Agent and such Direct Registration Warrants shall be canceled by appropriate notation on the Warrant Register.
Cancellation of Warrants. If the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants, the Global Warrant Certificates and the Book-Entry Warrants representing such Warrants shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent, if applicable, and be cancelled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall cancel all Global Warrant Certificates surrendered for exchange, substitution, transfer or exercise in whole or in part. Such cancelled Global Warrant Certificates shall thereafter be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the Company provided in writing to the Warrant Agent.
Cancellation of Warrants. The Company shall cancel any Warrant Certificate delivered to it for exercise, in whole or in part, or delivered to it for transfer, exchange or substitution, and no Warrant Certificates shall be issued in lieu thereof except as expressly permitted by any of the provisions of this Agreement. The Company shall destroy canceled Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall acquire any of the Warrants, such acquisition shall not operate as a redemption or termination of the right represented by such Warrants unless and until the Warrant Certificates evidencing such Warrants are surrendered to the Company for cancellation.
Cancellation of Warrants. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, by redemption or otherwise, each such Warrant shall thereupon be and canceled by it and retired. The Company shall also cancel the Warrant or Warrants following exercise of any or all thereof or delivered to it for transfer, split up, combination or exchange.
Cancellation of Warrants. All Warrants surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 3.6, 3.8(2), 3.10, 3.18 or 4.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrants on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 3.8(1). The Warrant Agent shall, if required by the Company, furnish the Company with a certificate identifying the Warrants so cancelled. All Warrants that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.
Cancellation of Warrants. In the event the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants, such Warrants may, at the option of the Company and upon written notification to the Warrant Agent, be surrendered free through a Depositary Participant for credit to the account of the Warrant Agent and if so credited the Warrant Agent shall promptly note the cancellation of such Warrants by notation on the records of the Warrant Agent. No Warrant shall be issued in lieu of or in exchange for any Warrant which is cancelled as provided herein, except as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Cancellation of Warrants. All Warrants purchased, redeemed or otherwise acquired by the Company shall thereupon be canceled and retired. The Warrant Agency shall cancel any Warrant surrendered for exercise or registration of transfer or exchange and deliver such canceled Warrants to the Company.
Cancellation of Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant hereto (including those exercised and surrendered under Section 3.2 or Section 3.5) shall be cancelled and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, cancelled by the Warrant Agent, and the Warrant Agent shall furnish the Corporation on request with a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Shares which could have been or were acquired pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificate.
Cancellation of Warrants. If the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants, such Warrants shall be cancelled and retired, in the case of Certificated Warrants or Direct Registration Warrants, by appropriate notation on the Warrant Register, and, in the case of Book-Entry Warrants, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the Depositary, including if required by such practices and procedure by appropriate notation on the applicable Global Warrant Certificate.
