Canadian Shelf Prospectus definition

Canadian Shelf Prospectus means a Canadian Short-Form Prospectus used to qualify a distribution of securities in Canada on a delayed or continuous basis, pursuant to National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions of the Canadian Securities Administrators, or any successor to that instrument.
Canadian Shelf Prospectus and “Canadian Prospectus Supplement” mean the Canadian short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation dated March 31, 2008 and Canadian prospectus supplement, respectively, including in each case any Documents Incorporated by Reference, prepared by the Corporation in accordance with National Instruments 44-101 and 44-102, respectively, relating to the distribution of the Underwritten Shares and prepared and filed with the Canadian Securities Regulators in accordance with Canadian Securities Laws;
Canadian Shelf Prospectus means the (final) short-form base shelf prospectus of BIP dated July 23, 2021 (in the English and French languages) filed with the Securities Commissions, including the documents incorporated by reference therein;

Canadian Shelf Prospectus means, as applicable, a base shelf prospectus and/or a shelf prospectus supplement, including any documents incorporated by reference therein and amendments thereto, that is filed with any Commission pursuant to Canadian securities legislation, including applicable short form prospectus and shelf distribution securities laws in Canada;

Canadian Shelf Prospectus means the final short form base shelf prospectus dated September 27, 2007 filed with the Canadian Securities Commissions in respect of up to US$90,000,000 of Common Shares and warrants to purchase Common Shares, together with all documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.
Canadian Shelf Prospectus means the short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation dated October 31, 2012, including all of the Documents Incorporated by Reference, prepared by the Corporation and relating to the distribution of securities pursuant to NI 44-102, and for which a receipt has been issued by the Principal Regulator on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the other Commissions pursuant to the Passport System and NP 11-202;
