Canadian Protective Advance definition

Canadian Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.
Canadian Protective Advance means a Protective Advance made to or for the account of the Company pursuant to Section 2.04.
Canadian Protective Advance means a Protective Advance made to, on behalf of or in respect of a Canadian Borrower.

Canadian Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04. “Canadian Revolving Exposure” means, with respect to any Canadian Revolving Lender at any time, the sum of the Dollar Equivalent of the outstanding principal amount of such Canadian Revolving Lender’s Canadian Revolving Loan and its Canadian LC Exposure plus an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of Canadian Swingline Loans outstanding at such time plus an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of Canadian Overadvances outstanding at such time plus an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of Canadian Protective Advances outstanding at such time. “Canadian Revolving Lender” means each Lender with a Canadian Revolving Subcommitment or, if the Canadian Revolving Subcommitment have terminated or expired, a Lender with Canadian Revolving Exposure. “Canadian Revolving Loans” means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b). “Canadian Revolving Subcommitment” means, with respect to each Canadian Revolving Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Canadian Revolving Lender to make Canadian Revolving Loans and to acquire participations in Canadian Letters of Credit, Canadian Overadvances, Canadian Protective Advances and Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum possible aggregate amount of such Canadian Revolving Lender’s Canadian Revolving Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to (a) Section 2.09 and (b) assignments by or to such Canadian Revolving Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The initial amount of each Canadian Revolving Lender’s Canadian Revolving Subcommitment is set forth on the Commitment Schedule, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Canadian Revolving Lender shall have assumed its Canadian Revolving Subcommitment, as applicable.
