All employer and employee payments, contributions or premiums to be remitted, paid to or in respect of each Canadian Pension Plan have been paid in a timely fashion in accordance with the terms thereof, any funding agreement and all requirements of applicable law, except for such compliance failures that, either individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Except as could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, all employer or employee payments, contributions or premiums required to be remitted, paid to or in respect of each Canadian Pension Plan shall be paid or remitted by the Loan Parties in a timely fashion in accordance with the terms thereof, any funding agreements and all requirements of applicable law.
The Loan Parties shall furnish to Agent upon Agent's written request acting reasonably such additional information with respect to any Canadian Pension Plan for which any Loan Party could be reasonably expected to incur any material liability.
