Canadian Dollar Facility definition

Canadian Dollar Facility means a revolving credit facility providing for the issuance of Canadian Dollar Loans, Bankers' Acceptances and Letters of Credit to LGEC in an aggregate principal amount of US$15,000,000 or the Canadian Dollar Equivalent.
Canadian Dollar Facility means the Canadian Dollar Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Canadian Dollar Loans.

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Dollar Equivalent means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Dollars with such Alternative Currency.

  • Swingline Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Loans.

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means Revolving Loans made to the Canadian Borrower under Section 2.2, including Bankers’ Acceptance Advances.

  • Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • U.S. Dollar Equivalent means with respect to any monetary amount in a currency other than U.S. dollars, at any time for determination thereof, the amount of U.S. dollars obtained by converting such foreign currency involved in such computation into U.S. dollars at the spot rate for the purchase of U.S. dollars with the applicable foreign currency as published in The Wall Street Journal in the “Exchange Rates” column under the heading “Currency Trading” on the date two Business Days prior to such determination.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Euro-Dollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Canadian Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Canadian Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.

  • Canadian Borrowing Base means, at any time, an amount in Dollars equal to:

  • Offshore Currency means any lawful currency (other than dollars) that the relevant Issuing Bank with respect to any Offshore Currency Letter of Credit, in its sole reasonable opinion, at any time determines to be (a) freely traded in the offshore interbank foreign exchange markets, (b) freely transferable and (c) freely convertible into dollars.
