Canadian Company definition

Canadian Company means a commercial enterprise that is incorporated pursuant to the laws of Canada and which has ongoing business activities in Canada;
Canadian Company means Midway Games Canada Corp., a Nova Scotia corporation.
Canadian Company shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
