Canadian Companies definition

Canadian Companies means those Companies incorporated under the laws of Canada or a province thereof.
Canadian Companies means Johnx-Xxxxxxxx Xxxada, Inc. and Johnx-Xxxxxxxx Xxxante Canada, Inc. Carryforward from any Fiscal Year commencing with Fiscal Year 1991 means the excess, if any, of the Annual Contingent Amount for such Fiscal Year (including the component thereof representing the Carryforward from the prior Fiscal Year) over the amount actually paid by the Company with respect to such Fiscal Year pursuant to Subsection 2.03(a) of the Supplemental Agreement as in effect prior to ____________, 199__.
Canadian Companies means the following wholly-owned Subsidiaries of GCC: NHO Canada Holding Inc., a Delaware corporation; General Chemical Canada Holding, Inc., an Ontario company; and GCCL.

Canadian Companies means QMB Investments Inc., QMB Barrier Systems, Inc. and Barrier QMB Canada Inc.

  • Retained Subsidiaries means all Subsidiaries of Sellers and their respective direct and indirect Subsidiaries, as of the Closing Date, other than the Purchased Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Subsidiaries shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Canadian means one of the following: (a) a company or association incorporated or organized under the laws of Canada, or its designated representative(s) irrespective of nationality; (b) an agency of a federal, provincial, or local government in Canada, or its designated representative(s) irrespective of nationality; or (c) a self-representing individual who is a Canadian citizen residing in Canada.

  • Holdings as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Co-Borrowers has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

  • Credit Parties means the Borrower and the Guarantors.

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Non-Guarantor Subsidiaries means, as of any date of determination, a collective reference to:
