Canadian Collateral Documents definition

Canadian Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Canadian Security Agreement and any other documents entered into guaranteeing payment of, or pursuant to which a Canadian Loan Party grants a Lien upon any property as security for payment of the Canadian Secured Obligations.
Canadian Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Canadian Security Agreement, the ABL/Term Intercreditor Agreement, the Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Canadian Deed of Hypothec, collateral assignments, Canadian Security Agreement Supplements, Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.12 or 6.14, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents entered into by a Canadian Loan Party that creates or purports to create a Lien over all or any part of its assets in respect of the First Lien Obligations in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Canadian Collateral Documents means, collectively, (i) each agreement, debenture, share charge, guarantee, equity pledge and supplemental deed described in Part B of Schedule 3.1 and (ii) each charge, debenture, instrument, document and agreement delivered by the Canadian Credit Parties and by any other Credit Party that owns Capital Stock of a Canadian Credit Party, in each case pursuant to this Agreement or any other Credit Document in order to grant to Collateral Agent (or its subagent, trustee or assignee) a Lien on any real, personal or mixed property of such Canadian Credit Party or its Capital Stock as security for the Secured Obligations, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and as amended, restated, joined, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with their terms (including any amendments contemplated to be executed in accordance with Section 5.15 and described on Schedule 5.15)

Canadian Collateral Documents means the amended and restated Pledge Agreements (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement), any pledge agreement executed by a Canadian Borrower pursuant to which the Stock of a Canadian Subsidiary is pledged in favor of the Collateral Agent, the amended and restated Guarantor Security Agreements (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement), and the Canadian Subsidiary Security Acknowledgement, Confirmation and Amendment Agreements, each as executed and delivered by a Guarantor that is a Canadian Borrower or a Canadian Subsidiary.
