Canadian Carrier definition

Canadian Carrier means a telecommunications common carrier that is subject to the legislative authority of Parliament;
Canadian Carrier means a Canadian carrier as defined in the Telecommunications Act, S.C. 1993, c. 38, as amended.
Canadian Carrier shall have the meaning as provided for in the Telecommunications Act, as amended.
