Canadian Bank means Bank of America, N.A. (acting through its Canada branch), or any successor entity thereto.

Canadian Bank means each Bank listed on Schedule 1.1(B) and its permitted ------------- --------------- successors and assigns. Each Canadian Bank shall be either (i) a U.S. Bank or (ii) an Affiliate of a U.S. Bank which has been designated to be a Canadian Bank hereunder by such U.S. Bank.

Canadian Bank means a Canadian depository institution designated from time to time by Administrative Agent.

• If any Syndicated Canadian Bank, whether in connection with setoff or amounts which might be subject to setoff or otherwise, receives collateral or other protection for its Obligations or such amounts which may be subject to setoff, such Syndicated Canadian Bank agrees, promptly upon demand, to take such action necessary such that all Syndicated Canadian Banks share in the benefits of such collateral ratably in proportion to their Syndicated Canadian Loans.

• In the event that any Syndicated Canadian Bank fails to make payment to the Global Administrative Agent of any amount due under this Section 2.9.2(e), the Global Administrative Agent shall be entitled to receive, retain and apply against such obligation the principal and interest otherwise payable to such Syndicated Canadian Bank hereunder until the Global Administrative Agent receives such payment from such Syndicated Canadian Bank or such obligation is otherwise fully satisfied.

Canadian Bank means each Bank or its Canadian branch or Affiliate with a Canadian Commitment from time to time hereunder.

Canadian Bank means Bank of the West or such other bank appointed as the Canadian Bank after the date hereof by Administrative Agent.

Canadian Bank means BofA and Xxxxxx and any other Bank which, with the consent of the Borrowers and the Agents, agrees to become a Canadian Bank hereunder; provided that each such Bank shall designate a Canadian branch or affiliate of such Bank which will have all rights, and perform all obligations, of such Bank hereunder in respect of Canadian Loans, such designation to be made either (i) by causing such branch or affiliate to execute a signature page hereof or (ii) by written notice to Pentair and the Agents (including any notice changing the designation of such Bank's branch or affiliate which will act as a Canadian Bank hereunder); provided that no affiliate of a Bank may be so designated pursuant to clause (ii) unless such affiliate has executed an agreement satisfactory to Pentair and the Agents agreeing to become a party hereto.
