Canadian Agent definition

Canadian Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Canadian Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as Canadian agent for the Lenders hereunder, or any successor thereto appointed in accordance with Article VIII.

Canadian Agent means Bank of America- Canada Branch, for its own benefit and the benefit of the other Canadian Credit Parties, or any successor Canadian agent.

• So long as the Canadian Covered Bonds are represented by a single global certificate, registered in the name of CDS or its nominee, all payments on the Canadian Covered Bonds shall be made by the Canadian Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds in Canadian dollars to an account or accounts designated by CDS.

• The Canadian Agent shall remain responsible pursuant to the provisions hereof for any sub-agents, sub-custodians and/or depositories which are Affiliates of the Canadian Agent appointed by the Canadian Agent in respect of its rights, duties and/or obligations hereunder.

• Upon such request, each Domestic Lender or Canadian Lender, as applicable, shall make available to the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Agent, as applicable, the proceeds of such Revolving Loan for the account of the applicable Swingline Lender.

More Definitions of Canadian Agent

Canadian Agent means GE Canada in its capacity as Canadian Agent for Canadian Lenders or its successor appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 which successor shall be a Canadian Person.
