Canadian Administrative Agent definition

Canadian Administrative Agent means Royal Bank of Canada in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the lenders party to the Canadian Credit Agreement and any successor thereto.

Canadian Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, an authorized foreign bank under the Bank Act (Canada), acting through its Toronto Branch, as the Canadian administrative agent for the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, together with any of its permitted successors appointed pursuant to Section 12.

Canadian Administrative Agent is defined in the preamble.

• In furtherance of the foregoing, each financial institution executing this Lender Authorization agrees to execute any additional documents reasonably requested by the U.S. Administrative Agent or the Canadian Administrative Agent, as applicable, to evidence such financial institution’s rights and obligations under the U.S. Credit Agreement or the Canadian Credit Agreement, as applicable.
