CAM Exchange Date definition

CAM Exchange Date means the first date on which there shall occur (a) any event referred to in paragraph (h) or (i) of Section 7.01 in respect of any Borrower or (b) an acceleration of Loans pursuant to Section 7.01.
CAM Exchange Date means the date on which any event referred to in clause (h) or (i) of Article VII shall occur with respect to the Company.
CAM Exchange Date means the date on which any Event of Default referred to in clause (j) of Article VII shall occur or the date on which the Borrower receives written notice from the Administrative Agent that any Event of Default referred to in clause (i) of Article VII has occurred.

CAM Exchange Date means the date on which (a) any event referred to in Section 11.5 shall occur in respect of any of Holdings, the Borrower or any Specified Subsidiary or (b) an acceleration of the maturity of the Loans pursuant to Section 11 shall occur.
CAM Exchange Date means the date on which any Event of Default referred to in Section 8.01(e) shall occur or the date on which the Company receives written notice from the Administrative Agent that any Event of Default referred to in Section 8.01(f) has occurred.
