Called Notes definition

Called Notes means Notes called for redemption pursuant to Article 16 or subject to a Deemed Redemption.

  • After that time, the right to convert such Called Notes on account of the Company’s delivery of a Notice of Redemption shall expire, unless the Company defaults in the payment of the Redemption Price, in which case a Holder of Called Notes may convert all or a portion of its Called Notes until the close of business on the Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the date on which the Redemption Price has been paid or duly provided for.
