Call Off Procedure definition

Call Off Procedure means the process for awarding a Call Off Agreement pursuant to Clause 4 (Call Off Procedure) and Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);
Call Off Procedure means the process for awarding a call off contract pursuant to Clause 5 (Call Off Procedure) of the Framework Agreement and Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);
Call Off Procedure has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 1 (Definitions);
