Call Off Initial Period definition

Call Off Initial Period means the initial term of this Call Off Contract from the Call Off Commencement Date to the end date of the initial term stated in the Call Off Order Form;

Related to Call Off Initial Period

  • Call-Off Terms means the terms and conditions in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Call-Off Agreement means a legally binding agreement (entered into pursuant to the provisions of this Framework Agreement) for the provision of the Services made between a Contracting Body and the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • call-out /”claim” means each separate request for service or benefit for cover under any section of this RAC Breakdown Cover;

  • Call-Off Contract means any contract for the Supply of Services between a Framework Public Body and the Contractor entered into in accordance with the Award Procedures and based on the Standard Terms of Supply.

  • Call Off Procedure means the process for awarding a Call Off Agreement pursuant to Clause 4 (Call Off Procedure) and Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);

  • Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);
