Call Off Guarantee definition

Call Off Guarantee means a deed of guarantee in favour of a Contracting Body in the form set out in Framework Schedule 13 (Guarantee) and granted pursuant to Clause 3 of the Template Call Off terms;
Call Off Guarantee means a deed of guarantee that may be required under this Call Off Contract in favour of the Customer in the form set out in Framework Schedule 13 (Guarantee) granted pursuant to Clause 7 (Call Off Guarantee);

  • Where a Contracting Body notifies the Supplier that the award of a Call Off Agreement by that Contracting Body shall be conditional upon receipt of a valid Call Off Guarantee, then, on or prior to the execution of that Call Off Agreement the Supplier shall deliver to the Contracting Body: an executed Call Off Guarantee from a Call Off Guarantor; and a certified copy extract of the board minutes and/or resolution of the Call Off Guarantor approving the execution of the Call Off Guarantee.
