Call Detail Records or “CDR” means information generated by telephone exchanges or any other telecommunication equipment which contain detailed information about calls originating from, terminating at, or passing through the exchange or equipment, and calls duration;

Call Detail Records or “CDRs” means the specific data associated with each TRS call for which compensation is sought.3

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • Retailer of Record means the Retailer who is listed in EDTI’s records through the procedures outlined in its Terms and Conditions for Distribution Access Service, and thereby recognized by EDTI and the Settlement System Code, as a particular Customer’s Retailer for a Point of Service at a particular time;

  • Transferred Books and Records means all books, ledgers, files, reports, plans, records, manuals and other materials (in any form or medium) to the extent of, or maintained predominantly for, the Business by the Seller’s Group (other than emails), including (without limitation) all books, records and other materials relating to the research, development and pre-clinical trials for each of the Products and the Product Expansions but excluding:

  • Billing Statement means the billing statement for your Account.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.
