Call Back Time definition

Call Back Time. A Unit Member who is called in to work on a day when the Unit Member is not scheduled to work or who is called back to work after having left the work site subsequent to completion of the Unit Member’s regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two and one-half (2-1/2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time less than that required to be worked. The provisions of this section shall not apply where the Unit Member has been scheduled to work overtime in advance.
Call Back Time. Any unit member called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment and having departed the work site or District premises, shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.
Call Back Time means one continuous period of time commencing with the start time of the initial Call-back and ending either three hours later, or at the time of the conclusion of any subsequent Call-back that was initiated prior to the end of the 3 hour period, whichever is later. Any subsequent Call-back(s) initiated within a Call-Back Time will have the effect of extending the end of the Call-Back Time and does not constitute a separate Call-Back Time.

Examples of Call Back Time in a sentence

  • An employee called back to work will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours for each Call Back Time event.

  • Call Back Time occurs when an employee is not scheduled to work and is not on County premises, but is called back to work on County premises or for a County work assignment.

  • An employee called back to work will be paid Call Back Time Pay at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for the actual Call Back Time worked plus one (1) hour.

  • Call Back Time occurs when an employee is not scheduled to work and is not on County premises, but is called back to work on County premises.

  • A permanent full-time and permanent part-time employee who is called back to duty will be paid for Call Back Time.

  • An employee called back to work will be paid Call Back Time Pay at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for the actual Call Back Time hours worked plus one (1) hour.

  • A permanent full time and permanent part time employee who is called back to duty will receive pay for Call Back Time.

  • An employee called back to work is entitled to receive Call Back Time Pay at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for the actual Call Back Time worked plus one (1) hour.

  • Employees represented by Local 21 are not entitled to receive Hazard Pay, Shift Differential pay, On-Call Duty pay, or Call- Back Time pay, except as expressly provided in Section 42 and Appendix E of this MOU.

More Definitions of Call Back Time

Call Back Time means the time taken by TSC2 personnel to call back TELKOM after the trouble ticket has been created.
Call Back Time. Any unit member who is required by the District to work on a day when the unit member has not been scheduled, or any unit member called back to work after completion of a regular workday for that unit member, shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours of compensation at the overtime rate.
Call Back Time means the time between Seller’s receipt of LifeWatch Support Organization’s request for Support Service and when Seller contracts the LifeWatch Support Organization.
Call Back Time. The return of an Employee to a specified work site to perform assi gned duties at the express authorization of the Employer at a time other than an assigned regular scheduled work shift. An extension or early report to an assi gned shift for duty does not qualifythe Employee for call back pay.

Related to Call Back Time

  • Call Back means calling of an employee to duty after he has reported off duty and before he/she is next scheduled for work. Employees designated for standby duty under Article 28 shall not be eligible for call back.

  • Call Date The date on which the Call Right may be exercised, as specified in the applicable Supplement.

  • Redemption Fair Market Value means the volume weighted average price of the Ordinary Shares for the ten (10) trading days immediately following the date on which notice of redemption pursuant to this Section 6.2 is sent to the Registered Holders. In connection with any redemption pursuant to this Section 6.2, the Company shall provide the Registered Holders with the Redemption Fair Market Value no later than one (1) Business Day after the ten (10) trading day period described above ends.   • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • SOFR Interest Determination Date means the day that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Period, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.In addition to defining the relevant Interest Periods and Interest Payment Dates, the applicable Pricing Supplement shall specify and describe, as applicable, any relevant interest commencement date, interest period end date, interest determination date, index maturity, rate cut-off date, any other terms relating to the particular method of calculating interest on the Compound SOFR Note (including any applicable payment delay, lockout or suspension period, lookback or observation shift) and any other terms applicable specifically to such Compound SOFR Note.Average SOFR NotesUnless otherwise provided for or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, Average SOFR Notes will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to Average SOFR (as defined below) plus the Spread.With respect to any Interest Period, unless otherwise specified or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, “Average SOFR” will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on each SOFR Interest Determination Date (as defined below) as follows (with the resulting percentage being rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards to 0.00001): 0 Where:

  • Make-Whole Amount is defined in Section 8.6.
