Call Right The right of the holder thereof (or any successor), as named in the applicable Supplement, to purchase Certificates from the Holders thereof or to purchase Underlying Securities from the Trust.
Callback means the irregular or occasional overtime work performed by a Customs Officer either on a day when work was not regularly scheduled for that officer or which begins at least one hour after the end of the officer’s regularly-scheduled tour of duty and ends at least one hour before the begin- ning of the following regularly-sched- uled assignment and requires the offi- cer to return to a place of work.
Put means the right of the Company to require the Investor to purchase shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Repurchase Response Notice means a notice delivered by the Indenture Trustee at the direction of the Administrator to a Noteholder or Note Owner indicating that a Repurchase Request is unresolved.
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Transfer Period means a period of 10 Working Days before a Customer’s order can be activated;
Call Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Warrant Agent Agreement.
Retraction Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Exchangeable Share Provisions.
Margin Notice Deadline means the time agreed to by the parties in the relevant Confirmation, Schedule B hereto or otherwise as the deadline for giving notice requiring same-day satisfaction of xxxx-to-market obligations as provided in Section 9 hereof (or, in the absence of any such agreement, the deadline for such purposes established in accordance with market practice).
Call Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(c) hereof.
Notice Deadline means 2.30 p.m. (Dublin time), provided that the Notice Deadline in respect of any Series of ETP Securities may be adjusted by agreement between the Issuer and the Margin Loan Provider with effect from the fifth calendar day following the date on which notice of such adjustment is given to the holders in accordance with Condition 17.
Put Right has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(a).
Transfer Point means any point at which the passenger transfers between aircraft.
Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.
Exercise Notice Deadline In respect of any exercise of Options hereunder on any Conversion Date, the “Scheduled Trading Day” prior to the scheduled first “VWAP Trading Day” of the “Observation Period” (each as defined in the Indenture, but, in the case of any such Observation Period, as modified by the provision set forth opposite the caption “Convertible Security Settlement Method”) relating to the Convertible Securities converted on the Conversion Date occurring on the relevant Exercise Date; provided that in the case of any exercise of Options hereunder in connection with the conversion of any Relevant Convertible Securities on any Conversion Date occurring during the period starting on and including June 4, 2020 and ending on and including the second “Scheduled Trading Day” immediately preceding the “Maturity Date” (each as defined in the Indenture) (the “Final Conversion Period”), the Exercise Notice Deadline shall be noon, New York City time, on the “Scheduled Trading Day” (as defined in the Indenture) immediately preceding the “Maturity Date” (as defined in the Indenture).
Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).
Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.
Purchase Requisition means a duly authorized written or electronically produced request in an approved format to obtain goods or services.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Disconnect means the disabling of circuitry preventing both outgoing and incoming communications.
Recapture Period means, with respect to any Project, the period from the date such Project is Placed in Service through the fifth anniversary of such date.
Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).
Bypass means the intentional diversion of waste streams from any portion of the treatment facility. "Summer" shall be considered to be the period from May 1 through October 31.
