Call Agreement definition

Call Agreement means either the Xxxxxx Call Agreement or the Xxxxxxx Call Agreement, as the context requires.

Call Agreement means the Capital Call Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among ABRY, the Company, Holdings II, Xxxxxxx, New York Life Capital Partners, and AMP, as amended restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Call Agreement
