California Personal Information definition

California Personal Information means Personal Data that is subject to the protection of the CCPA.
California Personal Information means any information that relates to, is capable of being associated with, or could be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household.
California Personal Information means Personal Data that is subject to the protection of the CCPA and any later amendments thereto, including by not limited to the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.

Examples of California Personal Information in a sentence

  • When processing California Personal Information in accordance with Client’s Instructions, the parties acknowledge and agree that Client is a Business and Vocodia is a Service Provider for the purposes of the CCPA.

  • OverPower Marketing will not “sell” or “share” California Personal Information as those terms are defined in the CCPA or combine the California Personal Information with personal information obtained from sources other than Customer, except to the extent necessary to perform the Agreement.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Nonpublic Personal Information means nonpublic personal financial information and nonpublic personal health information.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010.   • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Consumer Information Any personally identifiable information in any form (written electronic or otherwise) relating to a Mortgagor, including, but not limited to: a Mortgagor’s name, address, telephone number, Mortgage Loan number, Mortgage Loan payment history, delinquency status, insurance carrier or payment information, tax amount or payment information; the fact that the Mortgagor has a relationship with the Seller or Servicer or the originator of the related Mortgage Loan; and any other non-public personally identifiable information.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.
