Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.
Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;
Weather Adjusted Data means gas or electric consumption data for a given period that has been normalized using stated period’s heating or cooling degree days.
Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

Limited Data Set shall have the same meaning as the term “limited data set” as set forth in as defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.514(e)(2).
De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.
PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers. The State agrees to notify all authorized purchasers of the existence of this Contract and to give the specific instructions relative to the procedures to be followed in making purchases under the provisions hereof. Entities making purchases over $50,000 may consider obtaining two competitive quotes from the authorized dealers’ list on this manufacturer’s contract. If this manufacturer does not have a dealers’ list, the manufacturer should be prepared to submit a quote. PAYMENT: Payment for commodities or equipment purchased under the provisions of this Contract shall be made to the Contractor or to the authorized dealer making delivery in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7- 301, et seq. (as amended). Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.
Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all hardware and software; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.
