CAISO Charges definition

CAISO Charges means the debits, costs, fees, penalties, sanctions, interest or similar charges, including imbalance energy charges, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.
CAISO Charges means all CAISO charges and fees, including, but not limited to, the fees, debits, costs, penalties, sanctions, grid management charges, and interest that are assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Scheduling Coordinator ID for this Agreement, or its successor, which shall only contain CAISO charges and fees specifically associated with the Project.
CAISO Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(m) hereof.

  • CAISO Charges Invoices shall be rendered after settlement information becomes available from the CAISO that identifies any CAISO charges.

  • If Seller fails to pay such CAISO Charges Invoice within that period, Buyer may net or offset any amounts owing to it for these CAISO Charges Invoices against any future amounts it may owe to Seller under this Agreement.

  • Any such CAISO Charges reimbursable to PG&E shall be limited to the period until the commencement of the next settlement period following Seller’s notification for which the delivery schedule can be adjusted.

  • The obligations under this section with respect to payment of CAISO Charges Invoices shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • CAISO Charges Invoices shall be rendered after final settlement information becomes available from the CAISO that identifies any CAISO Charges.

  • The Parties agree that all CAISO Charges Invoices are subject to the CAISO Tariff and may be adjusted by the CAISO, or disputed by Buyer, as Scheduling Coordinator, in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • If Seller fails to pay a CAISO Charges Invoice within such timeframe, Buyer may offset any amounts owing to it for these CAISO Charges Invoices as set forth in Section 4.02.

  • The Parties agree that all CAISO Charges Invoices are subject to dispute between the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Seller shall reimburse PG&E for any CAISO Charges PG&E incurs as a result of Seller's loss of system capability, deviation or imbalance.

  • Seller shall pay the amount of CAISO Charges Invoices on or before the later of the 20th day of each month, or tenth day after receipt of the CAISO Charges Invoice or, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the next Business Day.


More Definitions of CAISO Charges

CAISO Charges mean those amounts billed by XXXXX and associated with the procurement and delivery at the Delivery Point of any Product through the CAISO market to Buyer as such charges may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the Tariff. Such charges shall include, but are not limited to, Imbalance Charges, charges for RTD Imbalance Energy, Grid Management Charges, Ancillary Services charges, Unaccounted for Energy charges, CRRs, Bid Cost Recovery and Neutrality charges, in each case as defined by the CAISO. Such charges shall not include any payments received by Xxxxx’s Third Party SC from CAISO in respect of the Inter-SC Trades provided for hereunder.
CAISO Charges mean those amounts [(other than for imbalance Energy)] billed by XXXXX and associated with the procurement and delivery at the Delivery Point of any full requirements product through the CAISO market to CCA Customers as such charges may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the Tariff.
CAISO Charges means the CAISO market settlement charges invoiced to CAISO market participants in accordance with the CAISO tariff. For purposes of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, Seller shall be responsible for CAISO Charges that are normally the responsibility of CAISO generators, including Instructed and Uninstructed Imbalance Charge Codes 6470, 6475 and 6486 and Bid Cost Recovery Charge Code 6620. Buyer shall be responsible for CAISO Charges that are normally the responsibility of CAISO loads, including GMC Charge Codes 4515, 4560, and 4561.
CAISO Charges means the energy cost component of the published real time locational marginal price at the Delivery Point (or the substitute therefore provided in the CAISO Tariff in the event that such price is not published) for a given hourly scheduling interval multiplied by the difference between Seller’s Scheduled Amount as of the close of the CAISO HASP for such scheduling interval and the Delivered Amount for such scheduling interval (such difference, the “Deviation”), to the extent that SCE is assessed a charge or receives a credit for such energy cost component with respect to such Deviation.

Related to CAISO Charges

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Pass Through Charges means any applicable third party costs or charges relating to the supply and distribution of Energy to the Supply Point(s) including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Electricity Distributor or Gas Transporter (as applicable) that are reflected in our tariff;

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
