CAIR SO2 unit definition

CAIR SO2 unit means a unit that is subject to the CAIR SO2 trading program under paragraph (C) of this rule and, except for purposes of paragraph (D) of this rule, a CAIR SO2 opt-in unit under rule 3745-109-14 of the Administrative Code.
CAIR SO2 unit means a unit that is subject to the CAIR SO2 trading program under section 1 of this rule and, except for purposes of section 3 of this rule, a CAIR SO2 opt-in unit under section 11 of this rule.
CAIR SO2 unit means a unit that is subject to the CAIR SO2 Trading Program under section 4.
