CAIR NOx source definition

CAIR NOx source means a source that is subject to the CAIR NOx annual trading program.
CAIR NOx source means a source that includes one or more CAIR NOX units.
CAIR NOx source means, in regard to the CAIR NOx annual trading program, a source that includes one or more CAIR NOx units; in regard to the CAIR NOx ozone season and SO2 trading programs it means a source that is subject to the CAIR NOx annual trading program.
