Cage Cash definition

Cage Cash means all so-called “cage cash” that the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries maintain within a Hotel/Casino Facility.
Cage Cash means all of the Company’s cash, negotiable instruments and other cash equivalents located on the Real Property, including cash, negotiable instruments and other cash equivalents located in cages, drop boxes, kiosks and slot machines and other gaming devices on the Real Property.
Cage Cash means all so-called “cage cash” maintained at each of the respective Properties in order to compensate casino patrons for their winnings.

  • The Closing Payment, as adjusted by the Final Closing Payment and the Final Cage Cash Closing Payment, is referred to as the “Final Purchase Price”.

  • The amount of such payment or reduction to the Closing Payment, as applicable, is referred to as the “Estimated Cage Cash Closing Payment”.

Cage Cash means all cash and cash equivalents located at the Casino’s cages.
Cage Cash means Cash located, as applicable, in cages, drop boxes, purses, kiosks, slot machines and other gaming devices, cash on hand for such Property’s manager’s xxxxx cash fund and cashiers’ banks, coins and slot hoppers, carousels, slot vault and poker bank (in each case, only to the extent owned by the Company), in each case, as set forth on Schedule 1.5(b).
Cage Cash means, at any time, the aggregate amount of cash float held by, or for the account of, the Tenant or Covenantor that is maintained for the purpose of making change, redeeming chips and paying winnings to any Person entitled thereto in connection with the slot machines, table games and other lottery and related promotional schemes conducted, managed and operated by the Tenant or Covenantor in its casinos. For certainty, Cage Cash does not include any cash float that is supplied by, or the property of, a Gaming Authority.
Cage Cash means cash in the form of United States dollars held at a casino in accordance with applicable Gaming Laws.
Cage Cash means cash physically held in the cashier cages of casino properties as necessary for regular operation of gaming floor activities that is not accounted for in restricted cash.
Cage Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(b).
Cage Cash means Cash held in or at the cash-collecting locations of the business located on the Company Real Property, including the main bank.
