CAF Advance Request each request by the Borrower for Lenders to submit bids to make CAF Advances, which request shall contain the information in respect of such requested CAF Advances specified in Exhibit C and shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent in writing, by facsimile transmission, or by telephone, immediately confirmed by facsimile transmission.

Examples of CAF Advance Request in a sentence

  • A CAF Advance Request may request offers for CAF Advances to be made on not more than one Borrowing Date and to mature on not more than three CAF Advance Maturity Dates.

  • The Administrative Agent shall notify each Revolving Lender promptly by facsimile transmission of the contents of each CAF Advance Request received by the Administrative Agent.
