Cable Systems definition

Cable Systems means the telecommunications and/or television systems constructed or to be constructed in the areas covered by the Licences and includes any part of such system and all modifications, substitutions, replacements, renewals and extensions made to such systems;
Cable Systems means individual cable television systems. Each cable television system shall be considered to be an individual Cable System, regardless of whether such cable television system is operated by an operator of more than one Cable System.
Cable Systems means the Systems owned by the Company on the date hereof.

More Definitions of Cable Systems

Cable Systems means a cable system, as such term is defined in 47 U.S.C. §522(7).
Cable Systems means any radio frequency ("RF") cable television franchise or hybrid fiber-coaxial RF Plant distribution system ("RF Plant") serving a geographically proximal group of residences, businesses, or other locations. Cable Systems include both One-Way Systems and Two-Way Systems.
Cable Systems means (i) the cable television systems owned and operated by the Company Entities as of the date hereof, all of which are set forth on Exhibit C, together with a list of communities served by each such Cable System, and (ii) the North Austin Systems.
Cable Systems means the three electrical cables and their respective accessories including cable joints and terminations, with an operating voltage of up to 400kV, necessary to transmit the power between two electrical nodes within the authorised development, and for the offshore element of the cable corridor, comprising subsea export cables, the three cables shall be bundled together as one cable system, and for the onshore element of the cable corridor, the cable system shall comprise three separate onshore cables, each containing a single conductor, and the cable system may also include one or more auxiliary cables (normally fibre optic cables) for the purpose of control, monitoring, protection or general communications;
