Cable Services definition

Cable Services means (1) the one-way transmission to Subscribers of (a) video programming, or (b) other programming service, and (2) Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.
Cable Services means the transmission by cable of programs including retransmission by cable of any satellite television signals.
Cable Services means the transmission by cable of the programmes including retransmission of the signals of the television channels by cable.

  • Pursuant to subsection 1.26 and Section 3.5, as part of the Franchise Fee audit/review the Town shall specifically have the right to review relevant data related to the allocation of revenue to Cable Services in the event Grantee offers Cable Services bundled with non-Cable Services.

More Definitions of Cable Services

Cable Services means the one-way transmission of video programming, or other programming service for commercial purposes, including any subscriber interaction necessary for the selection or use of such programming.
Cable Services means the provision of one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming, or other programming service, and subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service by a cable system. Cable Services shall not include Information Services or Video Services, as defined in Section 66.002, Texas Utilities Code.
