It is Grantee's general policy that all residential dwelling units in the Franchise Area have equivalent availability to Cable Service from Grantee's Cable System under nondiscriminatory rates and reasonable terms and conditions.
Except for circumstances beyond Xxxxxxx’s control and subject to Section 13.2 (B) and (C), Grantee shall provide Cable Service within thirty (30) days following request for service in newly constructed areas.
