Cable Partners definition

Cable Partners means Tele-Communications, Inc., Comcast Corporation, and Xxx Communications, Inc., and any of their respective successors (by merger, consolidation, transfer or otherwise) to all or substantially all of their respective businesses or assets.
Cable Partners means Comcast, Cox and/or TCI, as the context may require.
