By-Laws definition

By-Laws means the By-Laws of the Trust as amended from time to time;
By-Laws means this by-law and all other by-laws of the Corporation from time to time in force and effect;
By-Laws means the By-Laws of the Trust as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of By-Laws

By-Laws means the By-laws referred to in Section 3.9 hereof, as from time to time amended.
