Buyer’s Responsibility. The buyer agrees to take good care of this dog; feeding and housing it properly and maintaining it’s shots, de‐ worming, and also give it proper physical, emotional care and welfare. The buyer also assumes all responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by the misbehavior of the dog aſter it is in the owner’s possession. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theſt, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke, or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation om the breeder. Buyer’s Responsibility. The buyer has 7 (seven) days after pick-up/delivery of pup to obtain a health exam from a veterinarian of the buyer’s choice; at their own expense. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy at that check, the buyer must notify the seller of same within 5 days, and provide a written statement from the attending veterinarian detailing the specifics of the noted health problem no later than 7 days after the veterinary diagnosis is made. A multigenerational Labradoodle is the offspring of two F1B Labradoodles, which are ¾ Standard Poodle and ¼ Labrador Retriever. Thus, the multigenerational Labradoodle is also ¾ Standard Poodle and ¼ Labrador Retriever.   • Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
