Buyer’s Knowledge definition

Buyer’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of Buyer.

Buyer’s Knowledge means the actual (and not imputed or constructive) knowledge of Xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx.

Buyer’s Knowledge means, with respect to any particular fact, the actual knowledge of any of Xxxxxx X. XxXxxxx or Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxxx, in each case after reasonable investigation.

Buyer’s Knowledge or any other similar knowledge qualification, means the actual knowledge of Jxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx XX, Rxxx Yeomon and Lxxxx Xxxxxxx.

Buyer’s Knowledge or any similar phrase, with respect to Buyer, means the actual knowledge of the executive officers of the Buyer.
