Buyer Transaction Agreements definition

Buyer Transaction Agreements means this Agreement and each other Transaction Agreement to which Buyer is named as a party on the signature pages thereto.
Buyer Transaction Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Buyer under this Agreement or in connection herewith.
Buyer Transaction Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b).

Buyer Transaction Agreements means this Agreement and each other Transaction Agreement to which Buyer or an Affiliate thereof is named as a party on the signature pages thereto.
